MY CJ 7 ‘s:
Technical datas:
1978 |
Will become my favorite
Super CJ 7 with 2,5“ lift leaf springs (4” in a future), 1“ body lift (poly
bushings), will get a 401 cid/6,6 liter engine, TH400 or TH700R4 if I find
one, Quadratrac, rear axle has full floater and ARB locker, naturally
stainless steel body, wheels 10x15 with 33x12,50 R15 |
1979 |
That’s the black
one on the photos below, standard 5 Liter engine (with some Edelbrock parts),
TH400 and Quadratrac, rear axle has ARB locker, Recaro seats, had also a
winch and supplementary heating from Webasto, Softtop, Bikinitop, Hardtop,
will get at least a stainless steel grill, the rest stays until it rusts. |
Don’t have too many photos of my CJ 7’s; two CJ 7’s that were disassembled are sold now. The only one running now is the black one shown here. But it got some further refinement since then, but probably will need a deeper mechanical revision next year. Hope my second CJ 7 will be assembled until then!

Einen Wagoneer hatte ich mal vor

Quit a few years ago I owned also a Wagoneer which I built up quit badly (missing experience...):
