Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 cups of flour

1 tsp  baking soda

1 tsp salt

3/4 cup of white sugar

3/4 cup of brown sugar

250g sweet butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 pack chocolate chips

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Large bowl: Mix both sugars, add liquid butter until it's very fluffy

Add vanilla extract (& preheat oven to 375 F/ 190°C)

Add eggs, add flour 1/2 cup at a time

Add chocolate chips, mix

Put tablespoons of the mix on a cookie sheet

Bake 9-10 minutes
