SPB-Linux 2: first bootdisk (disk1.zip)

Installation:

1) you need an empty, formatted, 100% error free 1.44 MB floppy disk

2) use rawrite.exe (or another tool) to write disk1.raw to the floppy disk

3) then (!) copy the contents of disk1.zip to the floppy disk
   (unpack disk1.zip with folder structure in the root directory of the floppy disk)

	/boot/kernel
	/boot/ramdisk
	/boot/grub/menu.gz (overwrite existing menu.gz)
	/boot/grub/install.gz

   (the files
	/boot/grub/stage1
	/boot/grub/stage1xx
	/boot/grub/stage2
	and a preliminary /boot/grub/menu.gz
   come already with disk1.raw)

Next create the second bootdisk from disk2.zip. Using these 2 disks you can
boot SPB-Linux 2.
