Katie won the North American Championships twice and placed third at the Worlds.

As one of very few, she danced with Riverdance for over 8 years. Also being Dance Captain meant, she was responsible for the whole troupe while on tour. Summer -04 she once more performed for the show at the 10-year jubilee celebrations. During "Riverdance breaks", she taught alongside her parents at their school.

After passing her TCRG exam in August 2003, she ended her Riverdance career being Dance Captain on the 1st ever 3 month "Asia tour" to China, Japan and Malaysia.

Katie is now successfully teaching in London.
