I like the song a lot. I also like that it's easy to cut: the first roughly 30 seconds, or the first roughly 60 seconds, would each work very well as a radio spot, or a TV spot with animation. The early part of the song has, in my view, the most general/repeatable lyrics: good. As the song goes on, however, it stays interesting because the lyrics DON'T repeat much, so I wanted to pay attention not only to the message but also to the writing and the rhyming. The melody is catchy, so you could have all of Europe, and then the rest of the world, singing this thing and driving each other crazy. Do you have versions in other languages? … Brilliant…. it reaches out and demands close listening: just what you want… (Jim Evans)

...the words stay simple, and their variety makes one want to listen over and over, because you're saying enough to hold even a critical listener's interest -- you cover a lot of ground and make the listener say, "Oh yeah, that, too." At the same time, a child can understand everything you say. Nice work. Really nice work. Writing lyrics makes my brain bleed; you make it sound effortless.

Maybe you'll have the last laugh: some other song will win and flame out quickly after play only in Switzerland, while yours will go on to international fame. I wouldn't be surprised.

Very early in the song, the line containing "when you have some rubbish to get rid of" strikes me as either a happy accident or very, very clever. The word "rubbish" comes out sounding a lot like "rubbers." On top of that, the line is delivered with a bit of a giggle. Was I the only listener who perked up and asked, "WHAT did he say?" Brilliant. In spite of sounding musically suitable for children — I can imagine hearing this on Sesame Street — it reaches out and demands close listening: just what you want. (JE)

I am not the youngest one and with my poor understanding of modern music, I don't feel competent to juge your song. Nevertheless it's a good idea to have written it. I am always more upset to see how in our country always more litter is laying around. Some people interpret that as liberty, instead of bad education.

I had the oportunity to meat you quite a few years ago, as you were playing mainly classical music. I have some of your CD's that I always listen with great pleasure.
