ARENA PHARMACEUTICALS (NASDAQ: ARNA)

The ultimate biotech investing scenario based on FIVE phase-2 data readouts coming in 2017, with two of the compounds for debilitating diseases, potentially worth over $7B each, and 15% royalty on AXON's key product (2 data readout this year), and royalty from Eisai, and readout on a pain medication with potentially morphine-like efficacy without addictive/psychotropic side-effects (opioid addition is an epidemic). All that is valued at $500M today (ARNA is $15). Positive data could make the stock soar bigtime. Do your own research. This is not an investment advice. Just sharing my research

UPDATE: Citigroup just initiated coverage of ARNA with a Buy rating . Dr. Joel Beatty remarks: "Arena’s top agents have a validated MOA, but with novel changes that have the potential to offer meaningful improvements beyond more advanced competitors... There's a few reasons we don't think these ph2 results need to reach the 30% benefit shown by Selexipag to be considered a success."

Here's our investor group's research report with a price target of $120: https://tinyurl.com/ycg92czq

In Summary we like the ARNA opportunity because:

1) Arena's science/technology is top notch.

2) The stock has been beaten down and is severely undervalued, because of past issues including mismanagement. We like the new, 90% new management team.

3) Five phase 2 data readouts due in 2017 (3 of our own and 2 by AXON). It's well known that best money in biotech can be made on Phase 2.

4) Arena's current valuation is ridiculous: around $500MM for the entire company while the pipeline candidates due for data this year could be worth north of $7B, each!

5) New analysts have been initiating coverage with Buy ratings. We expect more analysts to come onboard.

Do your own research. The above is NOT an investment advice.

CYBER LAW

LAWLESSNESS DOESN'T PAY - EVEN ON THE INTERNET

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and information read on this page should not be considered as legal advice.

INTRODUCTION

I was a victim of a major case of abuse on the internet, specifically, on a Google hosted discussion group which is the largest online classical guitar newsgroup to date, read widely by guitarists from around the world.

The motive for such abuse was mainly jealousy. The whole thing started by a guy who became known as the Cyber Troll of Minneapolis. And three other guys joined him later in performing their abusive and illegal activity.

I went out of my way, countless times, and told them to stop their actions and retract the abusive messages from the archives. I offered a peceful end to the situation but in this litigious society where people sue each other left and right this was taken as a sign of weakness. The effectively forced me into a fight and since I was not willing to fight at their level, which would have involved illegal activities like they had conducted, I had no choice but to resort to judicial authorities, as a last resort. My father was a judge for several decades - a very just, compassionate, and good man in every sense of that word -- and having grown up around law all my life, I dreaded having to resort to litigation. I forsaw days, weeks, months, and perhaps years of wastage of time and resource, to reveal the identity of the author of all the illegal messages and to bring justice to them. They were not intelligent and responsible enough to forsee that and to predict its consequences every party involved. It would not have taken much intelligence to know that they could not permanently hide behind anonymous nicknames, and that they would ultimately get caught.

I had no choice but to resort to litigation because:

1) The abusive messages had to get removed from the internet -- something that the defendants opted not to do, and the website's host would not do without an order form the court. Otherwise, there would be a permanent record of writings unambiguously and fradulently attributed to me which are very very problematic and dangerous. False record has to be set streight.

2)  The defendants had to be stopped on a permanent, guaranteed basis.

3) I had to get reimbursed for the consequence of their abusive and illegal actions.

So I was reluctantly set off on a path of litigation. Found all their names through a very long, arduous process.

A FEW CYBER STALKING LINKS

A lot of stupid people think just because it's internet they can violate other people's rights and get away with it.  This includes use of email communication, chat rooms, social networking sites, and message boards.  Facts is cyber stalking is a Federal crime and law enforcement is taking it seriously.

This is a partial list -- will be much more extensive as my major book on the subject gets closer to completion.
