I have had the pleasure of being friends with Tom since kindergarten and we even shared a house (with many other friends) in college. I'm one of the many lucky people to have had Mr. Gibson as my driver's ed. teachers. I consider myself very fortunate to have known your family for many years. I had the opportunity to send Tom a note, but did not yet extend my sympathies to all of you. Mr. Gibson was the kindest, funniest teacher that I had at IHS. Tommy also turned out to be an incredible person/father and I think he had something to do with that. :) My best to all of you...

Frank was a great man. I already wrote an entry here. What other people wrote about him is so beautiful that reading them brought tears of joy and love to my eyes and heart.
I lost my dad last year and Frank and him were very similar in some ways. They also died at the same age.
(this is a page about my dad: http://tinyurl.com/2wllf47).
Frank loved. He loved the students, he loved people, he loved life. I did a class mailing and glad more people got to express their love for him here.

Coach Gibson taught me to drive and taught me the game of soccer. He was a good man who really understood teenagers. Several times during High School when I had gone astray, he noticed and he called me out. It wasn't always easy to hear or appreciated at the moment, but years later it is his voice that still rings above all others from High School. He was a damn good leader with a huge heart and he knew how to teach life.
