GREEN AVOCADO MISO SOUP

Any leafy greens + Broccoli (or any other veg) boiled.

Afterwards add miso and avocado

Organic Coconut Eggplant Veggie Mix with Quinoa 

Chop veggies into small pieces: eggplant, zucchini yellow, and red pepper, ginger, red carrots, etc. - quick pressure cook (few minutes). Prepare coconut paste with turmeric and cayenne pepper. Make quinoa with carrot juice and turmeric and cayenne pepper. Add some veggie salt. Enjoy.

Organic Angel Power Salad

Lightly steam broccoli, carrots, fennel, zucchini, tofu, and add to bowl containing:

leaves of green lettuce

yogurt

fresh ground black sesame seeds

fresh ground flax seeds

basil tomato sauce

olive oil

cayenne pepper

turmeric

miso

mixed salad herbs

* All ingredients organic (bio)

ps -- it helps to get a foot massage while consuming the salad, and a nice kiss for desert :)

Organic Angel Root Stew


-  basil
- mixed salad herbs
- miso
- vegisalt
- tomato sauce
- different roots - cream, white, black turnip, etc. [chopped]
- Brussels sprouts
- carrots
- broccoli
- cinnamon

put all ingredients in pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.

POWER SALAD

Base: 

mixed beans and other
miso
apple cider vinegar

yogurt
olive oil
splash of tomato juice
add lettuce and other veggies and mix.

SPELT & BEAN COMBO

Spelt and red bean soaked for 2 days, boil and add tomato sauce. Turmeric, redpepper, etc. optional.

On side or cooked them mixed: eggplant, potato, celery, ginger, mushrooms, turmeric, alp herbs.

Organic Halva-Halvardeh

250 gm tahini

125 gm honey

125 gm peanut butter

1 teaspoon of cardamom

Organic Godly Amaranth Spinach
Soak amaranth for a day. Boil with water tomato juice alp herbs turmeric curry. After boiling a bit let it sit with lid closed. Separately boil well washed spinach in tomato juice. Mix with amaranth. Enjoy. In joy.

can add tomato etc. - improvise - but raw potatoes are great and very nutricious specially catalase which gets killed in cooking.
