VARIOUS FILINGS AND DOCUMENTS OF THE LEGAL CASE REZA GANJAVI FILED IN
TWO FEDERAL COURTS AGAINST A FEW GUITARISTS WHO ANONYMOUSLY VICTIMIZED
HIM WITH CYBER STALKING AND OTHER VERY SERIOUS OFFENSES.
"Reza Ganjavi vs. Todd Tipton, Jeremy C. Smith, William D. Jennings, et al."
California Federal Court:
- I dismissed a defendant in California after settling with him.
- I got the identity of a anonymous defendants revealed through California Federal Court subpoena power.
- Did lots of investigation and revealed a lot of information on who's who behind the offenses.
- A major freedom of speech organization decided not to file to quash a subpoena after reviewing my 90 page evidence document.
- The court agreed to file my evidence body under seal as it contained
damaging material that the defendants had fradulently authored using my
name and so on.
- The California court determined that it didn't have jurisdiction over the out-of-state defendants.
Illinois Federal Court:
- I settled with another anonymous party whose identity I unfolded, before pulling him in the case.
- Ascertained the identity of all the defendants.
- I dismissed Deloitte, the employer of one of the defendants against vicarious liability, etc.
- The court determined that it didn't have jurisdiction over the case
because I was advised that evidence of damages does not need to be
presented till trial.
- I was fully geared up to file in State Courts where jurisdiction
would no longer be an issue, but prior to doing so, the remaining three
defendants settled.
Some of the documents/filings appear below. The most important one, an
evidence body of over 200 pages, is not presented below because it is
