Controlled types for using locks from package Util.Tasking.Locks in an exception- and ATC-safe way.
Storage Semantics
No dynamic storage allocation.
Tasking Semantics
Fully task- and abortion-safe; but see the comments in package Util.Tasking.Locks about deserters.
