The Circles Puzzle - Plot

The graph below shows all circles with a radius smaller than 16 going through N lattice points. The circles for N=3, N=16, and N=24 are plotted in green to avoid confusion with other circles. The small red circles indicate the lattice points hit. Some lattice points have green circles, these are hit only by the green circles. The red lines define the x- and y-axis.
