Classic german beers, a bit over the average. You may also buy a 2 litres amphora of Zwickel Bier, at 46.60 CHF. Check the Braui Restaurant just opposite. Mo-Fr 7.00-11.45 13.15-17.00, Sa-Su closed. Brennerei means Distillery in German; they distill fruits for the local countrymen. And the 3rd of April 1999 they also started brewing 2 good beers.   Open since October 2000, in the fun center, just 30 Km from Lausanne. They're three light beers are getting better; last time I was there, the hop aftertaste was nice, but the aroma was missing, and the wheat beer has still to be improved. Coaster.
