This format can be read by the agievision control, and should be read also by many other controls.
I have not eroded them yet, so if you have problems please tell me!

I have downloaded the point file and transformed it to DXF with PTS2DXF, a visual basic tool that I have writte just for that (source code and compiled binary without the VB6 dll's).
The generated DXF file seems to be readable by autocad, coreldraw and similar programs...
I have done no special conversion of latitude/longitude (degrees!) to kilometers or miles, so the shape obtained is not a correct projection!
Afterwards I use the parser (see dxf parser project) to trasform it to CNC-code
If your country is not included in this list you can generate the file by your own as I did...
