We had a short trip to the south of Switzerland (end July 2000). The day started out with terrible weather, but started to break about 9AM. So we quickly headed up to Zermatt, at the base of the Matterhorn. These pictures tell the rest of the story... Less than 1 hour after these were taken, it started to snow!
