Bangkok BTS Skytrain Thailand has entered the 21st century with several modern, electric rail systems that are helping ease traffic congestion and make travel around the city more comfortable and convenient. 

Ticket Issuing Machines 1. A Ticket Issuing Machine (TIM) requires 1, 5 or 10 Baht coins. Change can be obtained at any BTS Station Ticket Office. (Machines only give change in 1, 5 or 10 Baht coins) 2. Refer to a Fare Information Table to determine fare to your chosen destination station. 3. Press button or touch screen as indicated, to select fare required. 4. Insert coins. 5. Take ticket from the ticket-dispensing slot. 6. Take change if any.     This ticket is valid for a single journey Valid for travel on date of purchase only. Ticket will be retained at an Automatic Gate upon exit.
