If you would have asked Titian in year 2000 where is Alaska, you may have received an answer sounding something like "somewhere up there, in the cold". Things changed when one terrible day in year 2000 Rita told Titian: "Next year we are going for four weeks holidays in Alaska". Titian knew it wasn't a bad joke because he knew that Rita was also refering that it was also a visit to her sister Lisi. Well there we are again, I forgot to tell you also that Rita's family members are very ... strange. I actualy wanted to say something else but I know I mustn't say everything I think. But you know what I mean. Well what can you think of somebody who left Switzerland to go to mary an ...Alaskian? Well let's put this away, the important thing is that the Rai family had to go to Alaska in summer 2001. Titian let Rita organise everything: typical Titian. A few weeks before leaving Titian saw for the first time the map of Alaska and he tried to be interested in what Rita was planing to visit.
On August the 2nd we left Switzerland and after about ten hour flight we landed in. uhm... ah yes, Anchorage. Of course the morning of the departure Titian went for work, and during the flight he coudn't sleep a lot because Lorenzo and Chantal were occupied in keeping him awake, so when he landed he was dead tired. At the airport Lisi was waiting for us: after reclaiming our luggage and receiving the hired van, we went to Lisi's house. Of course our hero Titian was driving the car, but not for as much as he had expected to: he was so tired that he had to switch place with Rita, and he woke up only at Lisi's place.
