Fadel Cabels (received in Jannuary 2003)

Situation:

One of the weakest parts of my music system was certainly the phono cable. When I heard that Fadel just came out with a Coherence version of a phono cable, I thought and believed it would make a big difference from the experience I had with the other Coherence cables. Since it was impossible to test the new cables also because they should be soldered to the arm, I ordered the cables wishing that my feelings were wright.

After the run in time of over 72 hours, the difference seemed for me to be very huge: much more power, dynamic that I never stopped listening to my old records. They all seemed to me as if I bought new ones especially recorded for me. I am using the verb "seemed" because I never could make a direct comparason between the old and new cables in order to be absolutely sure of the difference. But the fact that I listened to all those records having that strange feeling that they sounded completely different (better) makes me sure that other people would have also heard the difference. After a few months I am very happy I did buy these cables also because they are the logical upgrade for the next step: new catridge!
