Tamina's life started in Friburg, south of Germany. She was is several exibitions where she got a few prices. In the next months, Tamina didn't developed physicaly so much as expected to win further prices and she was too afraid of people touching her. The exibitions were too much of a stress for her, so her owner decided to sell her. Titian bought her so Tamina came to Switzerland to his house in Oberneunforn. We cannot say that Tamina was very excited about her new home. For months she was hiding behind curtains and under the beds. And that cat, what's his name? Oh yes something like Shogun, who tries to come near her: terrible...

After several months Tamina got more confident and accepted to stay in that house with Shogun. She was very beatifull and maybe she new that. When she was walking, she crossed her legs, like the models do on the stage. Her eyes were and still something amazing. Such an intensive blue!

After a few years, when she got much more confident with us, we decided with the agreement of theprevious owner, that Tamina should have some kittens. So then she went back to Germany for an appointment with a very solid, well grown male cat. The birth of Jane, Joker and Jango wasn't so easy. Afourth kitten died during or before its birth. But after all there were no compications afterwards. It was incredible to see how instict was. In the evening of the birth we prepared the basket for Tamina but she was laying the whole time on our side on the couch. Then suddendly she stood up and walked directly into the basket and the birth started. The days after were pure stress for Tamina. She was continuosly hiding the kittens. Every day she changed the place. Unfortunately we left some cubboards open and the next morning we found the kittens with Tamina in Titians socks or in other clothes. Tamina was afraid of everything and therefore also her kittens were also afraid. But they wanted to play also so they ran around the place. This made Tamina's live more of a stress: she just couldn't keep her kittens under control.

After a few years Tamina searched more and more contact with us. Since Rita was busy with Lorenzo and Chantal, Tamina got attached to Titian. As soon as he sits down, she was on his laps, as soon as he lies down, she is just on his side. In the morning Tamina wakes Titian up. She is getting so self confident that it doesn't take long before she lets herself get touched by strangers. Towards other cats, Tamina has also changed very much: before as soon as she saw stranger cats, she ran under the bed. Now she chases them away and fights against them. Nevertheless Tamina is a house cat, she is mostly inside, but she goes in the garden sometimes.

Tamina's colour is a Blue Tabbie. Heilige Birma cats are nearly completetly covered with white except for the face, the lower part of the leg (the paws are white) and the tail. These parts of Tamina are covered with a gray colour and with stripes in dark gray. The eyes of this race are intensive blue.
