明子　ヒューリマン：　1979年以来在中央スイス。23年に及ぶ金融機関の勤務で、日瑞の金融市場の変遷を見る機会を得る。そして社会は政治と経済を軸に動いている事を実感。日瑞両国の市民権を与えられている恩典に対して、多少なりともご恩返しをしようとメルマガで両国の事情を、1市民として自身で咀嚼したメッセージを読者にお伝えするよう心がけている。敢えて多言語表記をしているのは、日本語が得意ではない人々、そして日本を理解したいと思う人々にも伝えたい為、自身も外国語は特に得意ではないのだが挑戦している。出来るだけ乗り物を使わずに歩き、健康的な食生活と規則正しい生活を心掛けている。

Akiko Huerlimann has been living in Switzerland since 1979. During her 23 years of work at financial institutions, she had the chance to watch changes of financial markets in Switzerland and Japan. Then, she paused to realize that our society is moving with politics and economy at the core. She was granted Swiss citizenship, apart from her native Japanese nationality. In order to compensate to that privilege, she tries to report about circumstances of the two countries with her own comprehension as a citizen through this mail magazine. She dares to issue it as a multilingual magazine. Because she has the challenge to inform people that are not good at Japanese or people who wish to know about Japan too, though she herself is not particularly good with foreign languages. Daily walks and creating a healthy life is a top priority in her present life.
